Our own IWFCT member, Laura Grondin, is a world champion helmsperson — the first female ever to win the sailing trophy for J/70 craft as well as the U.S. Sailing 2025 Rolex Yachtswoman of the Year. Her inspiring journey has not only helped her master her sport, it’s shaped her approach to leadership and life. Laura will share those lessons in this upcoming IWFCT event. Moderated by a leading journalist, this hybrid event will be hosted in Hartford as well as available online. For those attending in person, the presentation will be followed by a light dinner.
